What a stroke of luck for our guests! We, Magdalena and Erich, the parents of little Viktoria, are devoted to managing and developing a hotel totally for families. I, Magdalena, am the daughter of an hotelier, and so I'm used to all aspects of hospitality and creating the special atmosphere of a hotel. As natives of Val d'Ultimo, we know our area and the local people very well.
We ask our employees to always be kind and polite; they are all from the Val d'Ultimo, and we are very proud of this.
